PT Nawasena Griya Utama was founded in 2006 in Probolinggo as a small developer with 24 units in its first estate. Today we manage 12 estates across five regencies and cities, with in-house teams covering planning, construction, compliance, and after-sales.
The principle is simple: every claim in our marketing material must be verifiable on site. That is why we put material specifications in the sale agreement, publish quarterly progress reports, and open title documents before any deposit.
